From Inverloch to Venus Bay, Walkerville, Waratah Bay, Sandy Point and Wilsons Promontory and beyond. Sitting on coastal Walkerville land, in a tightly held, low density court, just a short drive to Walkerville Beach, the property is paired down to essentials but incorporating every modern luxury. Floor to ceiling double glazed windows look out over the serene eucalypt forest of Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, the ever-changing ocean of Waratah Bay, world famous Wilsons Prom', the rolling green hills of the Hoddle Ranges and the distant wind turbines at Tarwin Lower. The Seagull House is located just under 7 mins from Walkerville Beach, 14 minutes to Fish Creek, 20 Minutes to the shops at Tarwin Lower and 24 minutes to Venus Bay, and 2.5 hours drive from central Melbourne.
