  • Listings may be removed or updated without notice as properties are sold, leased, or withdrawn.
  • You should independently verify all property details before making any purchasing or leasing decisions.

5. AI Features & Disclaimers

stmate uses artificial intelligence to power search, property analysis, and the property assistant chatbot. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content (valuations, neighbourhood insights, chatbot responses) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
  • AI valuations are estimates based on available data and may differ from actual market values.
  • The AI assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Always verify important details independently.
  • AI features do not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use stmate for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools without our written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the platform to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to agents or other users.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on stmate — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, AI models, and the overall design of the platform — is the property of stmate or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on stmate without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

stmate may contain links to third-party websites, including agent websites, financial calculators, and external property portals. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and do not endorse them. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • stmate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
