This is one beautifully presented property with so much room inside and out, you really must see this place for yourself. When you arrive, you'll find a long driveway. The house is right up the end of that driveway, behind a gate. Through the gate, we find this pretty home, surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering a lifestyle that is remarkably convenient. INSIDE We have got a lot of inside to talk about here, the kitchen is our first stopping point and what a kitchen it is. With so much cupboard space, so much workspace and so much natural light this is the space to be. The most mundane of kitchen chores could be found enjoyable in this area. Making fantastic use of available space, this design is outstanding. There's a meals area adjacent to the kitchen, which leads through to the lounge room. This area, along with the whole home, has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. It's a great big system keeping this home comfortable all year round. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and presents very well) OUTSIDE Before we go outside, we better talk about the inside-outside. The outside-inside is a huge patio across the front of the home. It has serious space for entertaining and with this design can be used all year round. It's even air-conditioned so you can make yourself pretty comfortable, whatever the weather. The gardens are beautiful and well established, with what you see in the photos having survived the hottest of summers. There's beautiful shade around the place, so you do really have this lovely sense of nature really looking after you. The entire block is fenced. With so many properties you will find your property is mostly in your front yard, here your whole yard is fenced and you can see from the photos how much space there really is. There is even a long parking bay that currently fits a caravan and could fit a caravan and a boat if you want it to. Every square meter of your block can be utilised here. You've got 812 of them. WHERE IT IS Superbly close to Armadale Town Centre, with so many shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and more. There's also the train station just up the road, this is an extremely practical place to live! The neighborhood is great, and I reckon if you ran an age survey on the people in the area anyone under 50 might look like a kid because there are a lot of senior folk in the area. It's close to Dale Cottages retirement village, meaning you don't have too many "yahoos" living in the area.
