The property has remained in the same family's ownership since 1960. "Shepherds Creek" is located approximately 42kms North of Orange, 36kms Northeast of Molong and easily accessible from Sydney (300 kms or 4 hours' drive). Roads traversing "Shepherds Creek" include Shepherds Creek Road, Mount Top Road and Gum Flat Road. These roads provide easy access to different parts of the 6085 acres. "Shepherds Creek" has an elevation of 700 meters to a peak of 800m above sea level. Orange and Molong are both experiencing unprecedented growth and land in this area is generally speaking extremely tightly held.
