Hi, I'm a fabulous apartment in a great location looking for company. I consist of two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a spacious balcony to enjoy the sunsets. I'm fully furnished so there's no need to worry about looking for furniture because I come prepared. All you need is yourself, come as you are. One of my best qualities is that I live opposite the park in Caulfield North, so if you have a pet or need to go for a run, it's just across the road. I know you will leave me at times to go get a coffee or a delicious meal nearby, but you will always come home to me. My proximity to the tram is outside my door and the train is a five-minute walk. I'm looking for my new owner to come share my space with me. I'm quiet with lots of natural light in a boutique block and am climate controlled to keep you comfortable all year round. I have SMEG Appliances & an integrated fridge so cooking is a delight for us. I also provide a secured parking space and if you need extra storage, I have that too. If you think we could be a match, come check me out at the inspections or we can set up a date at your convenience. I look forward to meeting you.
