Stock and domestic water rights exist to pump from the Bendoc River and there is an existing pipe and a petrol powered pump to bring water up. Excellent Telstra mobile reception is available across the property however the children or grandchildren won't need their devices here! They will enjoy every minute of exploring the property. For the avid four-wheel drivers, motorbike riders, horse riders and outdoor enthusiasts there are plenty of State Forests and National Parks in the region to explore. Sambar Deer regularly move through the property and deer hunting is permitted in thousands of acres of State Forest in the area. For the fishos, there are Trout in the river, whilst the premier mainland trout fishing lakes of Jindabyne and Eucumbene are only a short drive. The township of Bendoc is around two kilometres. Here you will find the Bendoc Hotel, a great place to enjoy a meal and catch up with the locals. The school bus also leaves from Bendoc. For supplies that you can't grow on the property yourself, nearby Delegate has a variety of specialist stores and eateries whilst Bombala is the closest major rural centre, around forty-five minutes' drive where there are two supermarkets, doctor and a hospital. Cooma is around two hours' drive for all the major supermarkets, whilst Canberra is around three hours' drive.
